Employee Spotlight: Robby Flair
Robby started out here at Website Pipeline as a software developer on our ERP team, but because he has mad customer service skills, he has since been moved into a project management role. Project managers focus on getting new websites up and running (live), and then make sure our customers are happy and everything is working like it's supposed to before turning them over to the account management team. When a new project comes in, Robby takes over the show- working directly with the client to build in the features they need, and walking them through the logistics of their website. His experience as a software developer on both the front end and back end (erp team) has helped him to understand how things work under the hood, and also enabled him to contribute some development work on his projects. He is an essential link between the technology of our product and our customers.
