I assist our Account Managers with discovery and scoping of website upgrades, and complex ERP integration changes. I personally manage high-touch accounts. I'm also working on developing proactive customer support initiatives and training for our Account Manager team.
What project/goal that you worked on are you most proud of?
At WSP, I'm most proud of the performance of the Account Management team. Starting in March 2014, we have grown into a team of doers that handle a lot of complex requests and issues on a daily basis.
What's the funniest thing that has happened at Website Pipeline?
I once drank three whole Coronas, and that's all I remember...
What's your favorite hobby?
Playing football with my son. Because he's my son... and he's awesome.
What programming languages are you fluent in?
Fluent may be a stretch but I a familiar with PHP, ASP, HTML, CSS. In addition to our software I am fluent in WordPress, Joomla, Shopify and DotNetNuke.
