Employee Spotlight: Ted Goudie

Posted by Ashley Fenlon on Sep 19, 2016 10:00:00 AM

Ted Goudie is the Marketing Director at Website Pipeline. What all does that entail? Planning and executing large-scale digital campaigns mostly - but also making sure we watch at least one funny cat video per day, taking lots of pretty pictures around the office, and keeping the front desk candy bowl sufficiently stocked at all times.

Since moving from Michigan to join the team in early 2015, he has greatly increased the company's Marketing chops, growing our digital footprint and helping us reach more customers than ever before.

He is the original mastermind behind our regularly scheduled employee spotlight posts, and as such has managed to escape becoming the subject of one himself... until now.

Employee Spotlight: Ray Scarborough

Posted by Ashley Fenlon on Aug 22, 2016 9:30:00 AM

Ray Scarborough has been with the company as a Sales Consultant for a mere 4 months, and in that short time has already had the privilege of ringing that famous Website Pipeline bell. Every day since then, he has been chasing the dragon, putting his heart and soul into one day hearing that glorious bell ring again.

As one of the newer additions to our Sales team, he spends much of his time learning about the Website Pipeline product offering, and making sure he knows the answers to any questions our potential customers might have. He does, however, have an edge over other newcomers; he is a veteran of the ERP industry, having started one of the first Microsoft Dynamics reseller agencies in South Carolina in 2002.

Employee Spotlight: Brian Seidel

Posted by Ashley Fenlon on Jul 18, 2016 10:30:00 AM

Brian Seidel’s official title is CEO of Website Pipeline - but whatever you think you know about what a CEO does, you can throw that right out the window.

Of course there’s the standard balancing of employee time and cash assets, the strategizing ways to get, keep, and grow customers, and the day-to-day management of employees.

But Seidel isn’t like other CEOs. He doesn’t wear a suit and tie to work. He doesn’t oversee his business dealings from afar. He gets his hands dirty and works hard to keep the momentum of Website Pipeline going strong.

As many employees will tell you, middle of the night emails are not uncommon. Usually accompanied by hand written diagrams and innumerable bullet points.

In 1999, he was one of three who set off to start a business together, and today the company is one of the fastest growing tech companies in North America.

As everyone in the company inevitably has to endure, we’ve torn him away from his busy schedule, sat him down, and picked his brain for your reading pleasure. Enjoy.

Employee Spotlight: Mark Tong

Posted by Ashley Fenlon on Jul 11, 2016 10:30:00 AM

Mark Tong is one of our newer software developers. However, with our recent surge in hiring, he wasn't the new guy for very long. As a previous summer intern, he was better prepared than most to tackle high profile development projects, and has also had a chance to acclimate himself with the unique office culture.

As a part of the ERP development team, he works closely with our proprietary sync tool in order to ensure the accurate transfer of data to and from our clients' ERP software.

With a degree in Computer Science from the University of SC, and a killer corn-hole arm - we're sure there are big things ahead for this recent grad on the Website Pipeline team.
