6th Annual Meeting of the Minds - 90 Minds
Last week, Don Martin and I represented Website Pipeline at the 90 Minds 6th Annual “Meeting of the Minds” at the Hilton San Diego Resort. 90 Minds is a group of independent ERP consultants located across North America. Unlike many of the events we attend, customers do not participate in the MOTM. But if you’re an ERP user, and your ERP consultant was there, rest assured they left armed with lots of new tips on how to help you get the most out of your software!
This was my third MOTM and even though they've been awesome in the past, I can honestly say this was the best one yet.
For those in attendance (there were over 130 attendees this year), the event is all about digging in and finding new ways to help their customers. This is done by attending sessions, sharing ideas with each other, and making connections with peers that allow for open collaboration throughout the year.
Usually when I do my event write-ups, I call out a few sessions that I thought were particularly noteworthy. I started to do that here, but found there were simply too many that needed to be mentioned, so please have a look at the full agenda here: 90 Minds Meeting of the Minds 2017 Agenda. You’ll see there were sessions on a variety of topics ranging from technical dives to product demos, as well as a number of sessions on tips for managing your practice.
In the evenings, we were treated to some great entertainment, including an opening night meet & greet, which is always like a big family reunion, and a luau, complete with live music and performers. And last (but not least) was the karaoke, which was a first for MOTM, that helped make the night even more epic and should definitely become a tradition for future events!
In fact, I was so busy with all the great things going on that I forgot to get a single picture doing the "Website Pipeline point". But I did manage to capture some great moments that I've shared in this video!
